Comedienne Roseanne Barr is running for President as an Independent, and her “positions” are interesting. She told “Russia Today” that she’s in favor of the return of the guillotine, 
and she believes in a maximum wage of $100 million. Roseanne said if bankers who were guilty of taking bailouts refused to give the government all their money over $100 mil, they should be sent to “reeducation camps”, and “if that doesn’t help,” then they should be beheaded.
